flirty floral

Hey guys my days have been pretty busy since my last post, however I had a good time after work today..Sunday! and work!? I know! haha..well working in airline can come with lot of flexibility to keep up with but I'm enjoying my work. :)
well bringing up this floral trend that's been so up now days, I love floral. Floral are on all kind of garments now..shoes, trousers, tops, scarfs..you just name it!

I bought this floral pant from a local store here in Paro, was on sale! haha..its very affordable. :) No doubt its best for pjs at home but oh boy! I love how I manage to pull it off with my favorite black high pencil heel and AZ (AIIZ) collection polka dot top. Rather than skinny or tampered version of pant, I thought of taking a challenge with floaty counterparts.  I wasn't too sure if they are for me or not, but I'm glad I blended in it. And not to forget I can play with variety of tops and accessories, that's one super scope in styling.

I love John Lennon inspired glasses, it enhances the whole look. Something I can't complete my outfit without.

nearly monochromatic

Hey guys, its been raining here lately and I seem to spend most of my time at home after office. I wish for more warmth in the climate, I'm so done with cold now..getting through my bones... its crazy! :\ well besides, I have been just trying out some simple designs with my immature tailoring (haha..) and came up with this really raw and simple royal blue top. I was just trying it out but to my next few seconds! I ended up matching it with my golden bronze colored leather (360 degree) circle skirt and some gold accessories. Gold accessories have never failed to enrich my whole look, and I think for a finished complete look some golden accessories are must haves. I know its not always possible to purchase them -expensive jewelry-but like I would go for DIYs, get some nice designed pieces of golden accessories and some jump rings..and make my own neck-piece or brace-late etc.

Talking about accessories, I have been checking out some Golden Globes 2013, you should check out some top accessories online by celebrities. I heart accessories. here

and yes guys, I have again started water marking my pictures.. I'm not being skeptic about the news that was up, its just that I happen to see my pictures in other pages which I haven't approved of and it came to me as a surprise when my friend called me about it. So I would like to request people if they wanted to use my pictures do link up my page and name 'mastyl3' and lets be professional :) thank you.

I wanted to try pulling of some monochromatic trend, I had a doubt with all blue so I'm like blue and bronzes. It can be all matchy matchy, but  I felt the idea of having a lighter neutral color like bronze was best with royal blue. I'm thinking of trying the monochromatic look for later coming post. I'm not really a daily trend follower but I'm kinda attracted to the monochromatic trend :)

check-plaids with neon

Phew! Just as I got back from work, mom invited me to go for a movie. I was all hyped up for a 'mother and daughter' time when suddenly mom had to postpone it for tomorrow due to her certain reasons :P Mean while I was all ready to go wearing these, no worries about the plan getting extended to next day 'cuz I have a post update!! yey! :) and lucky I had my camera all ready set that I manage to take some pictures.

eye makeup..something I came up with- a little dark sun shine- ^_^

The check or plaid patterns are so in lately, I have been checking out LV and Steve Madden plaids designs, amazing! I love this plaid patterns.

I mix-match the plaid with pop of neon. My fever for neon is still ON.. I wonder if it will ever fade ^ ^

DIY prickly flats!

DIY prickly flats!
well guys, like I mentioned before I'd be pretty busy with my mini projects around, and my post updates will be basic DIYs for some time. Lucky today I manage to grab some time off and thought of doing this DIY which I had in mind for a long time now. My implementation on DIY prickly flats are show below :).

Things you require will be your pump/flats (your choice),secondly studs and glue (I'm using glue gun but you can use others -which are meant for shoes specifically- or can chose to sew if you're pretty good with it ^ ^ The choice is yours.)

The trick here is measure how long you want the distance between each studs, and mark with temporarily marker, than just start sticking one by one. (if you're using glue gun make sure the glue is set right)
well finally this is it! I got my prickly flats! ^_^  super simple isn't?

Bringing bubble/gather skirts to Goechoe coast fashion

Hey guys, I was in a verge of getting a nice gold or silver bubble skirt but something just hit me! I was like why not give the goechoe piece a try. I made this a little heavy printed looking gathered bubble skirt. The goechoe piece is not an exception when it comes to cost... its pretty expensive but I'm glad my skirt didn't turn out to a failure :)

I gathered the skirt at the waist and set into a band for it to look fitting to the hip. The gathered can also be cut from the hip side and set into a yoke. You can make gathered skirt by using the hip measurement about three times the width. For it to have more bubble firm look I tailored it in a shape of a bubble by tailoring through thigh to knee sides.

I'm wearing instyle shoe, Jeffrey campbell inspried.I love the Shadow stud shoe
Jeffrey Campbell collections are amazing ..totally in love. I got a vicious one as well ^_^

Wearing my prickly studded galaxy top..I love it :)

Envelope clutch from goechoe tego piece

Hey guys, hows is going ??  Its an 'aww' times for me lately. I have been pretty worked up with duties..won't be able to keep up with my daily post updates but I'll try to keep some of my mini DIYs works posted  :) And not to forget..look forward for a small duo post I have been planning up :) Hopefully it will be a success. ^_*
Well meanwhile I happen to make myself an envelope clutch from a tego goechoe piece (Which I had from a dress I have been working on for some time now)..and for the fact that I never liked throwing off the leftover material pieces. I wanted to make something out of it..and there I go! a simple basic clutch was perfect! :)

sorry guys I don't have the whole process posted here; after having it made, I just realized I should have taken the pictures of how this super easy clutch was achieved! :P But you can drop in the comment box if you want the steps, I shall post up another one with the steps ^_^
cheers!!!!
